HOA Fees, Deed Restrictions, Covenants and Bylaws

Currently, the HOA fees are $ 60 annually and invoices are sent out once a year.

Owners of homes within The Pines have a duty to abide by the Deed Restrictions, Covenants, Rules and Bylaws of the community. In Spring of 2019, all residents received copies of the most recent Deed Restrictions, Covenants, Rules and Bylaws per their request at the annual meeting. However, it is the owner's responsibility to know all  preceding and applicable Deed Restrictions, Covenants, Rules and Bylaws. Those are available by clicking the links below or you can request a copy to be printed for you for $25 payable to The Pines HOA.
