An architectural review board is required by the Deed Restrictions, Bylaws and Covenants to ensure that a standard "look" is kept throughout the community. They review and approve any building improvements, additions and outbuildings that take place within The Pines.

If a homeowner is considering adding a shed, garage, carport, fence etc., the ARC must be contacted be fore construction begins. Failure to obtain approval from the ARC may result in termination of the project, fines and/or legal action.
